Jouw takenpakket onder de loep:
- Je voert de vooraf bepaalde rekruteringsstrategie uit voor farma profielen(apothekers & assistenten) en gaat actief op zoek naar geschikte kandidaten
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de selectie van geschikte kandidaten en voert de eerste gesprekken
- Nadien bied je een adviserende rol aan de Hiring Managers en volg je de procedure verder op tot aan de opstart van de nieuwe collega
- Je maakt proactief gebruik van sociale mediakanalen middelen om het juiste talent te vinden
- Ook neem je deel aan verschillende initiatieven binnen Campus Recruitment zoals gastcolleges, bedrijfsbezoeken en speeddates
- Samen met de collega’s organiseer je rekruteringsevents en word je operationeel ingeschakeld in verwante HR-projecten
Hierbij sta je in nauw contact met je andere HR collega's en de hiring managers. Ook de contacten met rekruteringspartners neem je voor je rekening
**Profiel**
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands
- Je hebt minstens **5 jaar ervaring **in rekrutering van bedienden
- Je bent dynamisch ingesteld en gaat proactief te werk
- Je bent empathisch en begrijpt de noden van de zorgsector
- Je bent gedreven en een echte teamplayer
- Je bent communicatief sterk en kan constructieve feedback geven
**Aanbod**
Als Corporate Recruiter mag je rekenen op een **vast contract onbepaalde duur** Daarnaast ontvang je meteen een aantrekkelijk salaris met de volgende extralegale voordelen:

Verder kom je terecht in een voltijdse tewerkstelling van 40-uren per week met **glijdende werkuren**, op te starten tussen 7u30 en 9u30. Zo bouw je, naast de 20 wettelijke vakantie dagen, ook 12 ADV-dagen op. Daarnaast krijg je ook de mogelijkheid om op **voltijdse of 4/5e basis **te werken.
