Taken en profiel:

- Als Senior Ship's Mechanic ben je verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit, de samenhang en de veilige uitvoering van de werken.
- Je repareert, reviseert en/of assisteert de vertegenwoordigers van de fabrikant van alle soorten motoren, kleppen enz... op schepen.
- Je assisteert bij het monteren, demonteren, optuigen of aftuigen van mechanische scheepsonderdelen.
- Leiding geven aan en toezicht houden op het team.
- Rapporteren aan de vertegenwoordigers van de klant of de superintendent van de klant.
- Het optreden aan boord als onderdeel van het serviceteam tijdens bezoeken/reparaties aan boord van schepen

Vaardigheden:

- Zelfstandig of in team werken, een goede combinatie vind je fijn.
- Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit.
- Je bent flexibel ingesteld.

Opleiding:
Maritieme kwalificatie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

Vakkennis:
Ervaring op zee is een groot pluspunt.

Talenkennis:
Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
