**Function**:
We are looking for a Marketing & New Business Development Director who will be responsible for driving the growth, development and marketing of our product lines while identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
The Director will be an active member of the Lutosa Leadership Team and will co-define the company’s strategy, mission, vision and objectives.
**Part of your tasks**:
- Develops and implements product, marketing and new business development strategies and guidelines in accordance with the organization's objectives and to contribute to the realization of its strategy.
- Proposes the product, marketing and new business development strategy to the Lutosa Leadership Team, along with the resulting objectives, and consults with them in this regard to adopt a unified approach with the organization's management.
- Monitors the existing product portfolio and ensures that it’s aligned with the market and customer trends.
- Manages the Intellectual Property of the organization’s brands in close collaboration with external partners.
- Develops an efficient organization within the Product Development, Trade Marketing, Packaging and Market Development teams to achieve optimal results in a cost-effective and qualitative manner.
- Manages the department’s budget to organize various activities while ensuring results align with the financial plan guidelines.
- Selects external partners for long term strategic collaborations.
- Designs the company's overall communication policy.
**Profile**:
For this role as a Marketing & New Development Business Director, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
- 10+ years in a Marketing and/or Product development Manager position in the FMCG or B-to-B.
- Experience with the agro food industry is considered a plus.
- We are looking for someone who is customer obsessed, acts like an owner, thinks big and plans ahead and brings out the best in people.
