**Your tasks, activities & responsibilities**:
- Through facilitating result-oriented interviews & workshops, you understand the business need(s) of your client & you can translate those into a (functional) product roadmap
- You document business requirements and (non-) functional specifications in a structured, comprehensible way
- You visualize proposed solutions through wireframing, process flows, data models,
- Through your experience & enthusiasm, you challenge & inspire your clients to find the best solution for their needs
- You cooperate with technical experts, graphical designers, project managers,to create alignment within the whole project team
- You present & finetune proposed solutions within the team and at your client
- You assist the project team and your client during the design & implementation phase
- You strive for the right quality, user experience, and end-user value at each increment for all stakeholders
**Exigences**:
- You have working experience within business / functional analysis
- You have experience with working in an agile environment
- You are interested in web content management systems (Adobe, Drupal,.)
- You have experience with wireframing and information architecture
- Knowledge of BPMN and UML are considered a plus
- You are a strong communicator, both written and oral
- You are fluent in English, knowledge of Dutch and French is a plus
- You love sharing knowledge and are a team player all the way
