**UI/UX Design Lead**

**Job description**

As the UI/UX Design Lead at Green Island, you will be a critical member of our team, driving customer-centric designs and leading the way in creating an intuitive, engaging interface that thousands of daily users love. You will work independently, managing your time efficiently, setting priorities, and tackling complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Translate requirements and customer needs into comprehensive designs for an online casino platform, ensuring the creation of a visually stunning, engaging, and user-friendly interface.
- Establish and manage our design system for the reusability of components, making use of Tokens Studio for Figma.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups, including designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components, and informational components.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems while incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design refinements.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in information technology, multimedia, computer science, or engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Adobe products (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), and extensive knowledge of Figma.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and their tooling (TypeScript is a plus).
- Experience in the game industry is a plus, as well as a strong understanding of design token systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, demonstrate leadership and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about designing software that thousands of people use daily across the globe.

**Salary**: €3,200.00 - €5,400.00 per month
