**De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn**:

- Je hebt de **dagelijks leiding **over de afdeling Mobile Repair met betrekking tot planning, spare parts management, cost management, people management, quality management en project management.
- Je bent **actief lid van het onderhoudsmanagementteam** en betrokken bij het nemen van strategische beslissingen.
- Je zal duidelijk **communiceren met alle interne afdelingen** die betrokken zijn bij onderhoudsgerelateerde aspecten.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van het beleid met betrekking tot zowel arbeidsomstandigheden als **veiligheid op de terminal**, alsook voor het bereiken van de kwaliteitsdoelstellingen zoals opgelegd door certificaten.
- Je staat garant voor een goede werking van het **onderhoudssysteem van Asset Maintenance** door het bewaken van procedures, richtlijnen en trainingen binnen het kader van de doelstellingen.
- Je draagt bij tot een **cultuur van operationele uitmuntendheid**.
- Je draagt **verantwoordelijkheid over het onderhoudsbudget **voor mobiele reparaties en zal **maandelijks** monitoren, analyseren en rapporteren over eventuele afwijkingen.
- Je bent in staat om te '**benchmarken' **in de sector.
- Je zal mee instaan voor het 5-jarige groeiplan van de onderneming, mede aan de hand van business cases.
- Je brengt een **actieve bijdrage **op de terminal door je technisch inzicht en je te **gedragen als projectleider**.
- Je zal een team (+- 20 personen)** leiden en coachen **op een directe en indirecte manier.

**De vereiste kwalificaties zijn**:

- Je bent een rasechte people manager, die **tussen de mensen **kan staan en niet louter erboven.
- Je hebt **bij voorkeur een ingenieursdiploma of bent gelijkwaardig in technische kennis** door ervaring.
- Je hebt minstens **enkele jaren ervaring **als leidinggevende (supervisor, coördinator, manager).
- Je bent **resultaatgericht**, kunt snel beslissingen nemen en hebt een visie op de toekomst van het team.
- Je spreekt **meerdere talen**? Super
- Je kan werken met een **divers publiek**? Nog beter.
- Je zal vooral tewerkgesteld zijn in het **Noorden van Antwerpen**, enige flexibiliteit naar andere locaties is ook vereist.
