We zoeken een extra project manager voor diverse projecten. (incident management, site acceptatie, civiele werken,..)
Je bewaakt de KPI’s, budget en opvolging van het project op korte en middellange termijn om zo de jaarlijkse operationele objectieven te blijven behalen. Je staat hiervoor in nauw contact met de klant en met de fieldteams.
Taken/Verantwoordelijkheden:
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitwerken, het implementeren en opvolgen van de uitvoering van het contract en dit in zeer nauwe samenwerking met de klant en de lokale teams.
- Dagelijkse monitoring van de incidenten en changes.
- Contactpersoon voor de klant en de eigen organisatie.
- het opvolgen van de correcte praktische toepassing en de verbetering van de processen, tools, werkinstructies en rapporteringen in samenspraak met de teams en de klant.
- het faciliteren van regelmatige project
- en statusmeetings
- het verzekeren van het respect voor de vooropgestelde planning en budget, alsook de kwaliteit van oplevering en aanvaarding door de field medewerkers
- de rapportering van alle activiteiten via dashboards, verslagen van vergaderingen,naar jouw management en de project deelnemers/stakeholders (zowel nationaal als lokaal)
- Als projectleider ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor de operationele samenwerking met de NEO- en GIS-teams en ben je het contactpunt voor de andere divisies van onze klant (EBU, CBU, CUO,...).
- de verantwoordelijkheid voor het pro-actieve onderscheppen en de opvolging van issues en problemen en communiceert over de lessons learned, alsook best practices om deze problemen in de toekomst te voorkomen.
- ook meer generieke en ondersteunende taken kunnen deel uitmaken van jouw takenpakket, met name headcount (forecast & evolutie), capacity management (Binocs), budget (forecasting en analyses), efficiëntie (challenging van de teams manier van werken),etc
Vereist profiel:
Ervaring:
- je beschikt over een goede kennis van telecommunicatienetwerken
- je hebt ervaring in het plannen, beheren en opvolgen van talrijke zowel simpele als complexe projecten (i.c. operationele, transformatie
- en change projecten) in parallel, incl timing en budgetbeheer
- een voorafgaande ervaring in een operationele omgeving is een pluspunt.
Vaardigheden en expertise:
- je beschikt over goede vaardigheden in communicatie en presentaties
- Je bent klant georiënteerd
- ITIL kennis is een plus
- je beschikt over goede analytische en conceptuele vaardigheden,
- je bent in staat de projectinhoud helder te synthetiseren en volgt jouw project nauwgezet op
- je hebt belangstelling voor technische, operationele en financiële aspecten
- je bent een teamspeler, waarbij je anderen kan enthousiasmeren en motiveren om tot concrete resultaten te komen
- je organiseert snel en goed je eigen werk en dat van je projectteam.
- je bent een goede leader, met ook een gestructureerde aanpak in project management
- je beschikt over een goede kennis wat betreft het bepalen en beheren van de werklast van de betrokken operationele teams
- je kan perfect functioneren in een no-nonsens en open feedback cultuur
- je beschikt over een goede kennis van Office toepassingen (Office365, Power BI, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- je kent 1 van de landstalen met een goede kennis van het Engels
Mobile - Operational et maintenance Project manager
Contexte:
Au sein du département opérationnel NEO, une équipe est créée pour gérer les activités de maintenance du réseau mobile consolidé. Au sein de cette équipe, vous êtes chargé d'initier, de diriger et de mettre en œuvre les services dans le cadre des services d'exploitation et de maintenance>.
Vous contrôlez les KPI, le budget et le suivi du projet à court et moyen terme afin de continuer à atteindre les objectifs opérationnels annuels. Pour cela, vous êtes en contact étroit avec le client et avec les équipes de terrain. Pour compléter le team on est a la recherche d’un PM pour différente projets, avec de connaissance travaille civile ou de radio acces (technique en financière)
Tâches/Responsabilités
Vous êtes responsable de l'élaboration, de la mise en œuvre et du suivi de l'exécution du contrat et ceci en très étroite collaboration avec le client et les équipes locales de notre client.

- Personne de contact pour le client et sa propre organisation.
- Animer des réunions régulières sur le projet et son état d'avancement.
- veiller au respect de la planification et du budget prédéterminés, ainsi qu'à la qualité de la livraison et de l'acceptation par le personnel de terrain
- rendre compte de toutes les activités via des tableaux de bord, des rapports de réunions,... à votre direction et aux participants/partenaires du projet (tant au niveau national que local)
