Imtech België NV ontwerpt, bouwt en onderhoudt installaties voor complexe gebouwen en industrie en dit binnen de expertisedomeinen Smart Buildings, HVAC, sanitair, elektriciteit, automatisering en maintenance. Elke dag maken meer dan 650 gedreven medewerkers het verschil in vijf Belgische vestigingen (Temse, Wommelgem, Alken, Anderlecht en Courrière). Deze persoon staat in voor het plannen en implementeren van de nodige maatregelen om de goede organisatie van de site te garanderen. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt van de klant en hebt een goede kennis van HVAC installaties en GBS systemen.
**Een greep uit het takenpakket**:
Je installaties in bedrijf houden en zorgen voor een onmiddellijke herstelling in geval van storing.
Je bent alert en beschikbaar in geval van een storing.
Op basis van de beschikbare informatie stelt je expertise je in staat om een eerste diagnose te stellen en de nodige maatregelen te nemen.
Je onderhoudt goede relaties met je klant voor een goede samenwerking.
Plannen van de onderhoudswerken alsook projectwerken.
**Alle betrokken partijen van de site**: regelmatige communicatie, beheer/controle van veiligheid en kwaliteit.
Je volgt dagelijks via het gebouwbeheersysteem de status van de technische installaties op en onderneemt actie.
Onderaannemers, die on site komen, aansturen en controleren.
Wat we zoeken
Diploma. Je hebt een Graduaat in de Meet
- en Regeltechniek HVAC of je bent gelijkgesteld aan ervaring.
Soft Skills. Je gaat veilig, kwaliteitsgericht en inventief aan het werk waarbij je jezelf voortdurend wilt ontwikkelen in je takenpakket. Verder ben je klantgericht, stressbestendig en krijg je alles georganiseerd.
Hard Skills. Je hebt kennis van het HVAC op regeltechnisch vlak. Kennis van GBS systemen is een pluspunt.
Goede kennis van het Nederlands. Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands.
Passie voor de bouw. Je toont betrokkenheid bij de kerntaak van de firma, het eigen vakgebied en weet deze betrokkenheid op anderen over te dragen. Je stelt bestaande zaken ter discussie en stelt alternatieven voor.
Teamplayer. Je beschikt over de kwaliteit om je collega's te motiveren en samen met hen aan de slag te gaan.
Communicatie. Je hebt de vaardigheid om je ideeën, standpunten en boodschappen op een heldere, overtuigende en gestructureerde manier te communiceren naar verschillende stakeholders.
Empathisch vermogen. Je bent in staat om jezelf in anderen te verplaatsen en hun perspectieven en gevoelens te begrijpen.
Flexibiliteit. Je hebt een sterk aanpassingsvermogen en bent in staat om snel te reageren en je aan te passen aan nieuwe omstandigheden wanneer deze zich voordoen.
Gedrevenheid. Je hebt een proactieve “make it happen”-mentaliteit en bent eindeloos energiek. Je bent doel
