Bim Coordinator: Antwerp, Belgium

As a BIM Coordinator, you will manage the technical and system coordination of BIM processes in construction. You will play a central role in linking building models, aspect models, and other programs, focusing on model testing, clash control, and data preparation for production.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and test building models (model testing & clash control).
Generate data for production and manage the collaboration between stakeholders.
Act as a system builder and anchor for the BIM process.
Organize teamwork and cooperation between internal and external partners.
Qualifications:
Experienced as a design manager, work planner, or project coordinator.
Strong technical, analytical, and organizational skills.
Ability to implement cooperation at an operational level.
Excellent communication skills to ensure effective collaboration.
In-depth knowledge of BIM and construction processes, staying updated with the latest developments.
HBO/WO-level education with knowledge of process management, BIM, ICT, and open standards.
Knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud or Navisworks is a big plus.
