Als **Lead Contract Manager **in een **duurzaamheidsproject** ben je een belangrijke schakel in het leiderschapsteam. Je wordt de zakenpartner voor het projectteam en beheert de contracten binnen het project. Je beschikt over analytische vaardigheden en je hebt je reeds bewezen als een sterke projectmanager met oog voor detail. Jouw taken zijn:

- Je ontwikkelt, beheert en stelt contracten op
- Je bent bereid samen te werken met het team van de juridische dienst, inkoop en de projectmanagers van het project
- Samen stemmen jullie contractvoorwaarden en projectdoelen af
- Je onderhandelingsvaardigheden stellen je in staat om te onderhandelen met leveranciers en externe partijen
- Daarbij is het essentieel dat je de regelgeving en contractuele verplichtingen strikt opvolgt
- Je denkt mee en ontwikkelt strategieën om de risico's te beperken
- Je beheert de financiële aspecten van de contracten, inclusief facturering, betalingen en het nauwkeurig bijhouden van documentatie.

**Functie eisen**:
**Wie ben jij?**
- Je hebt meer dan 5jaar ervaring in contractbeheer van complexe projecten
- Je hebt ervaring met EPCM projecten
- Je beschikt over kennis van projectmanagementprincipes
- Een PRINCE2 opleiding is hierbij zeker een must
- Je hebt interesse om te reizen voor het project (25%)
- Vloeiend communiceren in het Nederlands en Engels is voor jou geen probleem
- Je bent bereid in te stappen in een langdurig project
- Je houdt ervan om mee impact te hebben op de duurzaamheid van de samenleving.
