We are looking for
**_driven lawyers _**with a
**_passion for labour law_**.

**Reliance **is a niche **_law firm specialized in the field of labour relations_**_ _(employment contracts, remuneration structures, individual and collective dismissals, restructuring measures, transfers of undertakings, false self-employment, service agreements, discrimination, non-competition, international mobility, protected workers, collective labor relations, etc.). **_The firm advises both international and Belgian companies._**

**Reliance **currently holds offices in Brussels, Mechelen and Ghent. To strengthen its team, **Reliance **is currently looking for both **_junior_**_ _and more **_senior lawyers_**(M/F).

**Function**:

- As a lawyer, you will
**_handle a wide range of cases_** involving individual and collective labour law.
These include:

- Reviewing and drafting employment and service agreements;
- Supervising individual and collective dismissals;
- Litigation;
- Assisting companies in the employment (national and international) and replacement of executives;
- Outlining competitive remuneration structures;
- Implementing restructuring measures such as collective dismissals and company closures;
- Restraining competition by (former) employees ;
- Advising in the context of collective relations;
- Advising on end-of-career issues, supplementary pensions, privacy, **Profile**:
**_ Master’s degree_** in Law with ideally a **_good academic track record_**. You have a **_strong interest in labour law_** and possibly several years of experience in this field, preferably gained in an international environment. You have an **_excellent knowledge of Dutch_** and a **_good knowledge of English and French_**. You have **_a driven personality_** with **_a practical_** and **_proactive attitude_**, which is reflected in the **_quality of your work_** and **_a smooth writing style_**. You can **_work independently_** and also **_function in a team_** thanks to your **_excellent communication skills and commitment_**. You respect **_deadlines_**. You are **_curious_** and **_eager to learn_**, develop and **_improve every day_**. You are **_social_** and **_pleasant to work with_**.
