As Head of Brand & Communication you are responsible for creating and maintaining a strong, positive reputation of the Miele Brand, according to HQ guidelines. By uncovering consumer insights and understanding what attracts local customers and prospects you will improve local customer experience. To ensure the consistency of Brand Message you will safeguard standards and guidelines throughout all marketing channels and campaigns.
Together with your team of 6 experts and the Head of Omnichannel Performance Management you will ensure that Miele customers always have a consistent and delightful experience with Miele.

**What you will be doing**:

- Customer Experience/Insights_
- Using company tools and processes to understand and analyze customer behavior, e.g., surveys, other listening posts, personas, journey mapping, in collaboration with HQ and supporting functions (e.g. Data customer data management, incl. consent, privacy).
- Partner with HQ to ensure right customer data management (e.g. accessible and shareable data) and centralization.
- Share the insights from the customer understanding tools throughout the organization and 3rd parties (e.g. media agency or other partners) to sharpen the communication plan.
- Educate the rest of the organization about the customer and the customer experience.
- Track Brand and customer metrics and support the Marketing Director to link them to business outcomes.
- Storytelling and communication plan_
- Execute local campaigns designed and created by HQ.
- Articulate global Brand and Communication strategy into local communication and storytelling plans (e.g. influencer partnership, events, cooking workshops.. ).
- Supervise consistent execution of Brand guidelines in all the Brand trust points (retailers, sponsorships, ambassadorships) to amplify the Brand perception.
- Supervise, steer and work with media agencies to develop consistent media long-term planning and investments.

**The Interim Head of Brand Marketing & Communication we are looking for**:

- A seasoned (>10y of experience) brand generalist with digital experiences and a broad knowledge of campaign and media management, social media, brand implementation and events/PR.
- An experienced people manager who knows how to lead a team of experts.
- Excels in consumer centricity and has experience in how to develop a premium brand
- High analytical skills and curious mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in French, Dutch and English.
- International experiences in working in global enterprises with different cultures and a strong central brand guidance is a plus.
