IT Technician

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support for desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices
- Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install, configure and maintain software and hardware systems
- Manage user accounts, security groups and permissions
- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve issues and implement new technology solutions
- Create and maintain documentation on desktop support processes, procedures and troubleshooting techniques
- Assist in hardware and software inventory management

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Desktop Support Specialist or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems
- Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
