For our Talent Management department at our office in Brussels (near to Central Station and subway, see the map here) we’re looking for a **Experienced Talent Acquisition Officer** (M/F/x).

The Human Resources team is fully committed to promoting both the performance of the company and the development of its employees. Our HR policy supports Fluxys' overall strategy and reflects our fundamental values, which constitute the very essence of our company. The Talent Management Department is responsible for guiding each employee throughout their career at Fluxys, handling talent attraction and recruitment processes, training, current and future professional development, and career mobility management.

**Your**
**responsibilities***:

- As an Experienced Talent Acquisition Officer, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition team (comprising around ten enthusiastic employees) and will be responsible for the process of identifying and attracting talent to strengthen the teams in place at Fluxys
- This includes all external and internal recruitment for a very varied range of activities (Commercial, Business Development, Engineering, Technical Operations, Finance, HR, ICT, etc.)
- You will be the key point of contact with the business, building up a relationship of trust based on your expertise and your knowledge of the market and the company
- Working with the Talent Acquisition Manager and your colleagues in Learning & Development, you will consider alternative solutions to meet the needs of your internal customer
- You will take part in HR and Talent Management projects (job fairs, presentations, internal projects, etc.) and suggest improvements where necessary
- You will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager, working closely with them and so having the opportunity to contribute to the company's development and growth

- You hold a Master's degree in HR or a Bachelor's degree with proven in-company experience
- You have several years' experience in talent acquisition; knowledge of the technical industry would be a plus
- You are very comfortable with IT tools and can quickly get to grips with the in-house tools needed for your work
- You are methodical and rigorous, with good planning skills enabling you to manage your projects with professionalism
- You are both results
- and customer-oriented, assertive and a good communicator
- You are a creative thinker with a flair for innovation and change, and you know how to sell your ideas
- You are a good team player, but are also able to work independently
- You are bilingual in Dutch and French with a very good knowledge of English
