Your new company
Our client is a Belgian producer of dry powder mixes for the construction sector (mortars, adhesives, plasters, etc.). The products are used for structural work but also for finishing work (gluing, jointing,)
We are looking for a sales talent who can represent our client in Flemish Brabant and Brussels. He/she establishes contacts with contractors in the construction industry. You can work from home independently as well as in a team with your colleagues.
Your new role
- As a key commercial figure, you are responsible for the development of the customer portfolio by active prospecting and cross-selling to existing customers in the region.
- You are naturally commercially oriented with a focus on achieving results and motivated to close deals and contracts.
- The customer contacts are very diverse: ranging from professionals on construction sites to project managers and buyers of large construction companies.
- In this autonomous function, you have your planning, agenda, communication and reporting under control.
- You work closely with our branch in Zaventem for which you are also responsible, but also with the central services in Antwerp.
- You report to the Sales Director
What you will need to succeed
- You are naturally commercially oriented and you know how to handle things.
- You are someone who likes to prospect and who also aims for a long-term relationship with customers.
- Thanks to your technical affinity/feeling, you manage to handle the wide product portfolio and respond perfectly to the needs of the customer/prospect.
- You have a good dose of accuracy/discipline to ensure a systematic follow-up, reporting, correct administration/communication.
