The **Sales Officer** mission is to support the overall activity of the Sales & Marketing department of the company. This involves the daily administrative handling of contacts with leads, prospects, existing customers, orders processing for new machines, spare parts and after-sales services (including planning and coordination with internal/external engineers), orders shipping. This involves also several marketing aspects such as sending information to leads and prospects, constant updating of the company internal database (CRM), communication actions and their follow-up and preparing/participating to exhibitions.

**Responsibilities**
- To expand the market of modules defined as strategic for continuous deployment of ORA activities and his branches.
- To prospect new contract in the existing portfolio of customers or new opportunities of business.
- Updating CRM with market information: new leads, prospects, contacts, misc. commercial useful info.
- Generating quote for machines, spare parts and after-sales.
- Maintaining after-sales planning in coordination with various customers and other company partners.
- Preparing logistics of exhibitions (SNMMI, EANM, ISRS, WFNMB,).
- Marketing: sending brochures, newsletters, technical update information.
- Screening published tenders by means of contact info, request, public databases of published tenders.
- Preparation of tender documentation and submission file.
- Prospecting for new products.
- Market research (new products, customer needs, servicing,)

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Master, bachelor in technical sales ,sales management and/or communication background education
- Multi-lingual: mandatory French and English, other languages are an asset
- General abilities in using IT system (Office tools, CRM)
- In contact with various departments of the company as needed to fulfill the mission such as: administration, production, after-sales, QA, R&D
