**Responsibilities**:
Manage strategic interactions and oversight of analytical activities at ECL and CMO in the European region.
Understand and address the needs of functions in AD, engaging partners effectively.
Ensure external partners' processes and methods align with strategic technical platforms for analytical methodologies.
Support Analytical projects within the CMC Organization and interface with key stakeholders for critical analytical projects for small molecules.
Support External Quality in ECL/CMO audits.
Manage project timelines to deliver partnership goals.
Develop and execute realistic strategic plans with both the Janssen Functions and the Partner.
Design and execute the governance structure of the relationship, organizing regular operational and executive meetings.
Develop key performance and quality indicators to assess the overall health of the relationship.
Demonstrate adherence to savings and other partnership goals, adjusting strategies as necessary.
About You
Excellent knowledge of multiple analytical techniques (chromatography, dissolution testing, etc.) and microbiology testing.
Demonstrated success in developing collaborative and effective relationships in complex organizations.
Strong stakeholder management, negotiating skills, and business acumen.
Experience in Change Management.
Good knowledge of cGMP.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Master’s degree.
Business experience.
10 years of related experience, with validated experience in Pharmaceutical Development.
Ability to maintain broad and deep external partner relations.
Experience in managing project timelines and delivering partnership goals.
