For our client, an innovative company in region Brussels, we are currently looking for an enthusiastic **HRBP** to strengthen their team.
Function:
As **HRBP** you are the first point of contact for alle employees and you are the link between the staff and the management.
Some of your duties include:
- You are responsible for the **full employee life-cycle;**:
- You will handle the **onboarding, evaluations, promotions, exit-interviews** ;
- You are responsible for the **career management** of the employees;
- You will implement the **Learning & Development** program and give advice on and schedule trainings for colleagues;
- You will work on various **HR projects**;
- You are the **first point of contact** for colleagues for **all HR-related matters;**:
- You handle questions about social legislation;
- You are responsible **for optimizing existing processes** and **initiating new HR processes and projects**;
- You are the back-up for the compensation & benefits officer
Profile
- You have a **master's degree** with at least 4 years of experience as HR Business partner or HR Generalist;
- You are fluent in **English **with a good oral and written knowledge of **Dutch or French**;
- You have **strong communication skills;**:
- You are **hands-on, assertive** and know how to make this function work for you;
- You have a strong client focus and show discretion in dealing with sensitive information
- You have knowledge of social legislation and have a first experience in payroll
