**À propos du poste**
En collaboration avec le management approprié, le QA Assistant est responsable de la mise en place et de la maintenance d’un système de management de la qualité efficace sur le site de UCB Braine.
**Vous travaillerez avec**
Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le management du département d’Assurance Qualité ainsi qu'avec les équipes de production, de maintenance et de conditionnement tout en supportant les projets QA et production définis par le management QA
**Ce que vous ferez**
- S’assure que les opérations en relation avec le conditionnement de produits finis pharmaceutiques sont en accord avec les réglementations nationales et/ou internationales et guidances (GMP) ainsi que les polices qualité UCB
- S’assure que les produits finis enregistrés sont produits et fournis aux marchés en accord avec les standards de qualité UCB
- Aide proactivement les opérations à identifier, développer et mettre en place les améliorations qualité et d’excellence opérationnelle en réponse aux requis business, changements techniques et requis réglementaires
- Revue QA des dossiers de lots de conditionnement de produits finis (commerciaux, développements, techniques)
- Revue des procédures de conditionnement et d’assurance qualité
- Suivi des retraitements de produits finis
- Suivi des ordres de travail complétés par les techniciens de maintenance
- Support QA à la rédaction des « Line Quality Review »
- Support aux audits clients et inspections en relation avec le conditionnement
- Support aux projets QA et production définis par le management QA
- Réalisation de tours « housekeeping »/Gemba/5S
- Gestion des indicateurs qualité
**Intéressé(e) ? Pour ce poste, vous aurez besoin des qualifications, de l'expérience et des compétences suivantes**
- Détenteur d’un diplôme de bachelier dans un domaine scientifique
- Connaissance des réglementations GMP et cGMP et donc expérience dans le milieu pharmaceutique en production d’environ 3 ans
- Connaissance du conditionnement (mise en blister, assemblage de seringues en produits combinés) est un atout
- Vous devez être capable d'analyser les données et les informations disponibles pour prendre des décisions éclairées et en assumer pleinement la responsabilité
- Vous devez posséder de solides compétences en communication orale et écrite pour transmettre clairement vos idées et vos instructions
- Vous devez être capable de collaborer efficacement avec vos collègues, en favorisant un environnement de travail harmonieux et productif
- Vous devez être capable de maintenir votre calme et votre efficacité même dans des situations de pression élevée
- Vous devez être capable d'identifier les problèmes, de proposer des solutions constructives et de les mettre en œuvre de manière efficace
- Une compréhension de base de l'anglais écrit et oral est un atout
