Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
Als ERVAREN CONSULTANT MS Dynamics NAV en/of BC ga jij projecten van A tot Z leiden bij klanten. Dit van bij de pre-sales tot aan de go live en erna voor de blijvende ondersteuning bij jouw klanten.Zo krijg je verschillende projecten toegewezen, waar je met een team van verschillende collega's verantwoordelijk voor bent.Tijdens het project ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor de klant, eerst zal je een volledige analyse doen met de klant van wat ze op vandaag van tools gebruiken voor hun activiteit/afdeling, je brengt deze in kaart en koppelt dit aan verschillende workshops bij de klant tot op het moment dat je (samen met de technische mensen binnen jouw team) het juiste voorstel kan doen afgestemd op de noden van de klant op vlak van digitalisering.De implementatie doe jij (terug in overleg met jouw technische collega's).Je stuurt bij waar nodig. Ook in de periode na de implementatie en de go live blijf jij het aanspreekpunt voor jouw klant.De digitale wereld is steeds in beweging, vandaar dat het heel belangrijk is dat je dit verder blijft opvolgen en aanpassingen/updates doorvoert indien nodig.Jij zal ook de kans krijgen om de verantwoordelijkheid te nemen binnen het team om junior medewerkers op sleeptouw te nemen en op te leiden.
Jouw profiel
Je hebt ervaring met finance, supply chain, productie en/of warehouse processen en helpt klanten bij het verbeteren van het werkprocessen
Je bent een expert in het configureren van D365 NAV en/of BC en het integreren van kwalitatieve add-ons en systemen van derden.
Het aanpassen van bedrijfsprocessen aan de standaard D365 BC functionaliteit is jouw tweede natuur.
Jij beheert elke stap van een succesvolle D365 BC implementatie, inclusief training, data management en troubleshooting.
Jij neemt junior consultants op sleeptouw en weet ze te motiveren en te coachen. Jij draagt bij tot de verbetering van hun vaardigheden en delegeert taken terwijl je zorgt voor een kwalitatieve klantervaring.
Al in het presales proces heb jij contact met klanten. Jij hebt de expertise en kennis om klanten te overtuigen en productdemonstraties te geven.
