**Functiebeschrijving**

Binnen de afdeling Remarketing Service Office ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

- de beheerscontrole van onze leveranciers,
- het beheer van de algemene procedures.

**Je belangrijkste taken zijn**:

- Ervoor zorgen dat alle operationele flows van de afdeling optimaal functioneren:

- de rapportering en de controle van de operationele stromen (transport, opslag, inspectie) beheren in samenwerking met de andere leden van de afdeling;
- nagaan of de contractuele procedures correct worden toegepast op de sites van de leveranciers.
- De KPI's en de dashboards van de leveranciers opvolgen.
- De maandelijkse facturatie van de leveranciers, het versturen van de nodige correcties en de opvolging door de leveranciers controleren.
- Wanneer nodig deelnemen aan vergaderingen en de communicatie binnen de afdeling en extern met de verschillende leveranciers.
- De kwaliteit garanderen van de verschillende IT-platformen voor operationeel beheer (intern, extern) in verband met het metier van de afdeling.
- IT-ontwikkelingen voorstellen en opvolgen om het interne beheer van de afdeling te optimaliseren.
- Helpen bij de uitwerking van de procedures en werkinstructies van het Remarketing Service Office.
- Afhankelijk van de behoefte een netwerk van operationele onderaannemers (garage enz.) opzetten en/of eraan deelnemen voor de remarketingactiviteiten.
- Je draagt bij tot het behalen van de KPI's van je afdeling.

- Je hebt een bachelordiploma.
- Je werkt resultaatgericht.
- Je hebt een analytische geest.
- Je hanteert een oplossingsgerichte aanpak.
- Je bent een teamspeler.
- Je bent goed tweetalig en je hebt voldoende kennis van het Engels.
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van Excel.
