Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for an TPO Lead analyst ERP Finance, located in one of our main European campuses.
As part of the Pharm Transcend Program, the **Technical Product Owner Lead Analyst ERP SC Finance **will be an active member of the Pharm Supply Chain JJT team, driving global standardization within Pharma of ERP technology solutions in the scope of **End-to-end Finance operation with focus on Supply Chain Finance (Product Costing, Inventory Valuation) **.
**Key Responsibilities**:
To support their Pharm TranSCend program, Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a **Technical Product Owner Lead Analyst ERP SC Finance **. The role is to be in EMEA (preferred location Belgium / Ireland / UK / Netherlands). This position has the potential to be located at another J&J facility within EMEA for the right talent.
Pharm Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one “clean” ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains. The program will simplify the Pharm ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes in order to have a cost effective, fit for purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Pharm business with agility. Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade.
The **Technical Product Owner Lead Analyst ERP SC Finance **role will take responsibility for following scope areas:
- Technical and Process design for Supply chain finance focused on product Costing, Inventory Valuation, Parallel Valuation
- Integration with associated functional areas such as Make, Source.
- Integration with end-to-end product cost planning which includes cost center planning, Activity rate planning,
- Planning Vs Actual comparison.
- Plant Maintenance, Project systems.

- **Domain Expertise**
Solid Understanding of foundational Supply Chain FINANCE process areas: Product Costing, Inventory Valuation, Activity rate planning
Knowledge of SAP-ERP PLAN-Finance technical capabilities: Finance Integration with Supply Chain processes, Understanding on technical structure for foundational finance processes.
Knowledge of Supply Chain Finance planning capabilities which includes cost center planning, Activity rate planning, Plan Vs Actual comparison, month end closing.
Understanding the end-to-end business process linkages across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Finance and Master Data.
Experience in Pharmaceuticals/Healthcare industry and good Knowledge of SOX & GxP compliance regulations.
Experience with Agile methodology and solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle Management model and documentation.

- **Ensures the backlog is healthy**: Stays 2-3 sprints ahead and ensures each feature has a clear definition of done; ensures each feature level deliverable is aligned to a definition of readiness to enter sprint
**Solution Design**:
- Lead in the overall **translation of business requirements into technical solutions**:
- Lead **how requirements may be implemented from a functional standpoint **and drive/improve user experience
- Support **selection of solution options **, work with the Lead Engineer to assess tech elements of the solution prior to user testing
- Support the **integrations' design **based on business needs and J&J standard methodologies and recommend appropriate connection types, while evaluating impacts
