Nitto Belgium has a strong HR policy and fully invests in talent, engagement, and diversity. Due to internal shifts, we are looking for a strong and enthusiastic leader for the HR team of Nitto Belgium and the sales offices. **Our Position**:
The role of HR Manager guides and coordinates the HR department of Nitto Belgium and the associated sales offices located in various locations across Europe. You implement the HR strategy in line with Nitto's policies and lead a team of six HR professionals.
As an HR Manager at Nitto Belgium and sales offices, you ensure:
- Organizational development by fostering high-performing teams that align with company values and leadership principles, and by enhancing employee engagement
- Supporting and advising various departments on HR-related issues
- Coordinating and leading projects within different HR domains such as compensation & benefits, HR systems, learning & development, and talent management
- Responsibility for labor negotiations and relationships with labor organizations
- Ensuring compliance with and updating labor laws and collective agreements
- Promoting a positive corporate culture with a focus on diversity, inclusion, engagement, entrepreneurship, and talent management
As an HR Manager, you report to the Managing Director of Nitto Belgium with a functional line to the EMEA HR Director. You are part of the management team. Your workplace is in Genk, with occasional travel.
**Your Profile**:
A good HR Manager recognizes the following qualities and competencies:
- 10 years of experience in HR management, preferably in an international production environment
- Broad knowledge of various HR domains with a focus on coordinating large projects
- Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent through experience
- Excellent in policy issues and analysis
- Comfortable with and energized by leading and coaching a team
- Acts diplomatically, ethically, and values a good balance between the stakeholders of Nitto Belgium, Nitto EMEA, and Nitto Japan
- Fluent in Dutch and English
