Notre client offre des conseils spécialisés à l'échelle mondiale avec une approche personnelle et locale, son personnel étant le principal actionnaire. Il s'agit d'une équipe expérimentée qui fournit des solutions d'assurance de premier ordre dans la région du BeLux dans des domaines tels que l'assurance dommages, la construction, les lignes financières, la marine et les avantages sociaux, ce qui se traduit par une forte orientation vers le client et des relations de confiance. Pour son département Marine, l'entreprise recherche un profil sinistre. En tant que gestionnaire de sinistres Marine, vous conseillerez les clients et gérerez les dossiers de sinistres dans les différentes lignes d'assurance maritime telles que l'assurance transport, Hull & Machinery et toutes les assurances de responsabilité maritime telles que la responsabilité des affréteurs, P&I, les responsabilités des terminaux et des fournisseurs de logistique.
**Description**
- Vous assurez le suivi des dossiers de sinistres et veillez à ce qu'ils soient réglés correctement et dans les délais impartis.
- Vous vous concertez en interne sur les dossiers avec les autres gestionnaires de sinistres et les gestionnaires de production et vous donnez des conseils pour améliorer la qualité des conditions.
- Vous négociez avec les assureurs le règlement des sinistres et développez vos relations personnelles avec les clients, les assureurs, les experts et les autres prestataires de services dans le secteur de l'assurance maritime.
- Vous êtes le confident personnel de vos clients et assurez une bonne communication par écrit, par téléphone et lors des réunions.

**Profile**
- Vous êtes titulaire d'une formation supérieure, de préférence dans un domaine juridique ou financier, et vous avez un intérêt marqué pour l'assurance maritime.
- L'expérience est un atout mais n'est pas une nécessité absolue. Notre client aime investir dans la formation de débutants motivés.
- Vous êtes très communicatif en néerlandais et en anglais et une connaissance pratique du français est un plus.
- Vous êtes un bon négociateur, vous travaillez en fonction du client et vous êtes capable de faire passer un message difficile.
- Nous disposons d'une équipe solide et expérimentée qui travaille ensemble et s'entraide, tout en disposant de l'espace nécessaire pour organiser le travail de manière indépendante ;
