To support the strong growth and the challenging future strategy, **they are looking for a driven and ambitious Digital & Customer Experience marketer for the BeNeLux.**
**Your mission**:
- As a Digital & Customer Experience Marketer, you will mainly be responsible
- You assess and i**mprove the overall digital experience** and customer experience based on analytics and derived insights.
- You improve and manage the **UX of the website and other digital channels.**:
- You think from **customer journeys,** how a customer moves through different campaigns, and respond accordingly.
- You **can interpret data correctly,** translate these data into actions and continuously optimise campaign performance in close collaboration with the Brand & Content and Customer Base team.
- You assist with the organizations' digital transformation efforts.
***Your profile**:
- You are Dutch speaking
- You have a master's degree in a relevant field (communication, marketing...)
- You preferably have 2 à 3 years of experience in Digital mkt
- You have a pronounced customer-oriented, commercial, and analytical attitude
- You can work with, interpret, and present data
- You demonstrate strong project management for the implementation of plans
- Team spirit and cooperation is necessary in a cross-functional way of working
- You can handle deadlines and have a 'get the job done' mentality
