To support our teams from currently about 100 employees, we are looking now for an HR Operations manager Belgium at our sites of Geel and Fleurus:
**HR Operations Manager (M/F)**

**Core activities**:
HR Strategy
- Strategic Workforce plan and HR budget follow up
- Following up on the KPIs of the department, as well as taking corrective and preventive actions.
- Providing improvement proposals with regard to the personnel policy.
- Implementing and co-designing the aspects of absenteeism, safety and health.
- Implementing of a sanctions policy, in parti cular follow-up of (dis)functioning of employees and recording in the personnel files.
- Maintaining social relations, negotiating with trade unions, participation in the works council + trade union delegation.
- Designing and developing HR projects, as Comp&Ben policy (Warrants, Bike lease plan, etc )

Business Partnering
- Advising, supporting and informing managers on all facets of personnel policy and organizing team reviews/ career commitees.
- Both internal and external recruitment and selection, introduction and follow-up of new employees and associated activities.
- Follow-up of temporary workers and contacts with temporary employment agencies.
- Training management and administrative follow-up. Performance Year cycle management, as Talent and Succession planning follow up
- Conducting follow-up interviews with new employees and exit interviews.

HR Administration

Ensuring correct payroll and personnel administration, in link with our social secretary.

Follow up medical Exploring and health&Safety matters in link with the safety advisor.

Business partenring for HR soft skills and HR group project deployment

**Your profile to be successful together**:
Required competences/ experience
- Language skills: Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a very big advantage.
- Several years of relevant experience in a similar positi on.

Qualifications ( mandatory / desired )
- Master's level or equivalent through experience (mandatory)
- Knowledge of HR processes (mandatory)
- Knowledge of Belgian social legislation (mandatory )
- Knowledge of Dutch social legislation ( optional )
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint ( mandatory )
- Knowledge of the used ( HR ) software systems for personnel and payroll administra on
