**Functie**
In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor strategische projecten die worden gedreven door innovatie, digitalisering en compliance. Hierbij draag je bij aan het identificeren van nieuwe kansen en het operationeel realiseren hiervan. Deze rol vraagt dat je analytisch sterk en zelf-startend bent, uitblinkt in stakeholdermanagement en dat je een intrinsieke motivatie hebt om processen te verbeteren met out of the box business solutions.
**Functie** **v**erantwoordelijkheden**
- Je managet projecten en motiveert projectteamleden, sponsors en andere stakeholders om ervoor te zorgen dat resultaten met een hoge kwaliteit, op tijd en binnen het budget worden behaald.
- Planning, uitvoering en levering van strategische projecten (data gerelateerd) om onze doelstellingen op een efficiënte wijze te realiseren voor zowel onze makelaars als onze interne afdelingen.
- Je levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan innovatie en optimalisatie van processen en producten op basis van analyses, zowel adviserend als uitvoerend, en stimuleert daarmee continue verbetering.
- In samenwerking met andere afdelingen - zoals Sales, Policy Admin, Marketing en Claims - ontwikkel je business cases en passende oplossingen om kansen te identificeren en te implementeren.
- Je produceert en beheert proactief projectplannen, budgetten, risico
- en issue logs, verander logs en rapportages.
- Je beheert en ondersteunt projecten die onderdeel zijn van de Benelux en Europese initiatieven op het gebied van verandermanagement.
- Je maakt besluitmodellen en business cases ten behoeve van strategische veranderingen.
- Je maakt managementrapportages en geavanceerde analyses.
