**Location**: Brussels, Belgium

Contractor Lead
Ownership that all work assignments on site are carried out according to the safety requirements by both the team (with the help of the team lead) and suppliers

Being able to detect defects and make diagnoses, if necessary you can help yourself to find faults in the technical installations in order to repair them. You work closely with the Corrigo owner.

Support/supervise contractors during start-up of new/adapted installations

Supervise outside companies that perform repairs/maintenance on these systems

Complete, accurate and timely communication with suppliers, local team members, regional team members and immediate supervisor.

Safety Lead
Ownership that all work assignments on site are carried out according to the safety requirements by both the team (with the help of the team lead) and suppliers

Support/supervise contractors during start-up of new/adapted installations

Oversee outside companies that perform repairs/maintenance on these systems

Complete, accurate and timely communication with suppliers, local team members, regional team members and immediate supervisor.

Responsible for all HSE related systems

First point of contact for BIC HSE managers.

Advisor in all activities and projects related to safety aspects.

Regularly running BOS inspections and hazard tours and checking whether team members and contractors are wearing PPE.

Registration of PPEs JLL & consultation with the JLL prevention advisor.

Manage all collective protective measures, including ladders, hoisting equipment, etc.; including annual inspections.

Monitor accuracy and follow-up of the training matrix, schedule training when needed

Ensuring safe and orderly workplaces and storage areas, according to the SOPs.

Carry out all work with a view to your own health and safety, whereby safety instructions for material, permission to work, risk calculation and Method Statement are used and followed where necessary.

Financial
Practical owner of the budget; accurate and timely PR and GRs in collaboration with the team. Drawing up and managing local guidelines, in line with the regional sourcing and finance guidelines.

Owner of the GRNV list for all BIC technical items - provide feedback to concerned PO owners when necessary.

Budget monitoring under the supervision of the line manager; proactively tighten in case of escalations.

Jointly responsible for the accuracy of the budget, within the set +/- 2% per quarter.

Keep accurate and up to date records of pending issues.

Additional Responsibilities

Collaborate as a team with other team members who report to your direct manager.

During call-in period (1 week every 5 weeks) and outside working hours, he/she is the 1st point of contact for all problems on technical installations and already performs an initial intervention to keep the systems running (if applicable).
