Heb je een masteropleiding genoten en heb je interesse in data en analyseren? Ben je statistisch aangelegd en ben je bovendien op zoek naar een job met maatschappelijke waarde waarin je jezelf verder kan ontwikkelen? Dan is de RVA op zoek naar JOU
We zijn op zoek naar een nieuwe collega voor onze Centrale controledienst op het hoofdbestuur (Keizerslaan 7, 1000 Brussel).
De Centrale controledienst (CCD) onderzoekt de conformiteit van de uitgevoerde declaraties op vlak van werkloosheidsverzekering, loopbaanonderbreking en werkloosheid met bedrijfstoeslag. De dienst kan bovendien vaststellingen doen en verbaliserend optreden. De dienst werkt samen met andere inspectiediensten in het kader van een samenwerkingsprotocol (Rijksdienst voor sociale zekerheid, Toezicht op de sociale wetten, Rijksdienst voor Arbeidsvoorziening, Sociale inspectie) en voert opdrachten uit voor de arbeidsauditor.
Functie
Na een uitgebreide opleiding on the job, zal je takenpakket er als volgt uitzien:
- Je voert data-analyses uit en biedt ondersteuning om fraude en misbruik te detecteren en te bestrijden.
- Je neemt actief deel aan vergaderingen, verbetert de ondersteuning, identificeert de behoeften en speelt er op natuurlijke wijze op in.
- Je stelt rapporten op om de strategie en acties op het gebied van controle te verbeteren en geeft onderbouwd advies op basis van de cijfers.
- Je voert statistische analyses uit en evalueert deze in overleg met de businessanalisten en/of de klant. Je documenteert ook jouw analyses, configuraties en ontwikkelingen.
- Je kan beschikbare data op een visueel aantrekkelijke en zinvolle, relevante wijze weergeven aan de verschillende doelgroepen en in functie van de doelstelling (bv. resultaten, feedback, KPI's, onderzoeksresultaten, ).
- Je stelt spontaan relevante actieplannen voor op het gebied van preventie, detectie en controle van inbreuken op de regelgeving.
- Je ontwikkelt nieuwe invalshoeken en instrumenten voor de verschillende klanten en fraudefenomenen. Je normeert nieuwe (unit)testen en analyseert creatief nieuwe evoluties in business, in de data en/of op technisch vlak (algoritmes, tools, ).
- Je behandelt feedbackaanvragen en geeft feedback en verbetervoorstellen bij de resultaten van je testen.

- Pluspunt: je beschikt over een basiskennis statistiek en data-analyse.
Let op: een goede motivatie is noodzakelijk en weegt zwaarder door in de eindscore.
