**Job description**
- Develop promotion concept and strategy, writes copy for marketing materials, plans project timeline, sales letters and other related informative, marketing and promotional material.
- Managing and executing promotional E-mailing, re-targeting & retention campaigns via our marketing platform automation.
- Develop, coordinate, execute and maintain a social media plan including, but not limited to, Facebook & LinkedIn. Set up and optimise company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
- Support the production of marketing materials, promotional and communications materials to ensure they align with business objectives and brand standards (catalogue, flyers, samples, tech sheets, etc.)
- Assigns projects to the graphic designer or Marketing Team to design needed materials, ensures timely production, provides art direction, and edits texts. Coordinates printing/production, assembly, distribution, and internal communication.
- Support the organization of special events (Tradeshow, Customer Events, meetings, etc.)
- Analyze data and use your findings to improve your strategies. Prepare and distribute monthly campaign results report
**Profile**
- Minimum 2 years of experience on a similar role.
- Excellent writing skills in English & French (other languages are a +)
- Both B2B and B2C e-commerce experience
- Bachelor’s degree or university degree in communications, marketing, or a related field
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Hands-on experience of a Marketing automation tool.
- Experience with marketing campaigns on social media
- Excellent ability to analyse data and propose commercial initiatives
- Experience with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver
- Knowledge of CSS & HTML
