As a **Fleet Advisor** you are reporting directly to the Team Leader Customer Support and you are responsible for maintaining a good relationship with clients and drivers by mail and phone.

In this position you will answer the inquiries of clients and solve problems in an efficient way, always with the specific car policy in mind. Furthermore you will give advice about the options of cars and mobility solutions. Besides that, you are in charge of the daily administration management such as updating the database and inputting fuel cards. Finally, you will generate reports which you deliver to the clients.
