Senior Accountant

**Supporting day-to-day accounting operations** such as encoding sales invoices and financial transactions, monitoring fixed assets, and handling depreciation.
Assisting with monthly and year-end **closing procedures.**
Participating in automation processes to increase efficiency.
Ensuring compliance with **group procedures** and preparing and recording asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries.
**Preparing and reviewing account reconciliations**, including the administration and verification of analytical accounts and inventory control follow-up.
Reconciling accounts and **preparing for audit.**
Monitoring compliance with the Group's accounting procedures and actively supporting the preparation of statutory accounts.
Reporting to the Chief Accountant.
**To be considered for this position, you should have**:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
At least **5 years of experience in accounting** or similar departments.
Excellent **communication** skills and the ability to work analytically and result-oriented.
A strong sense of **accuracy** and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
Excellent written and spoken **English and Dutch.**
