**Jobomschrijving**:

- You determine the framework within which your team functions as efficiently as possible to ensure that the SLAs are achieved:

- Through a daily objective and prioritization of the workstream for which you are responsible.
- Through daily reporting to the team of achievements
- Together with the team, you make adjustments based on the analysis of problems
- You encourage your team to improve the quality of our services and the customer experience
- You motivate and coach your employees to further develop their technical and personal skills
- You determine the team and individual objectives and you organize performance reviews (121) with your employees at regular intervals to monitor the individual objectives
- You hold evaluation interviews with the employees of your team
- You create a culture of “continuous improvement” by encouraging suggestions and improvement proposals and work closely with the senior business support manager
- You create a feedback culture with the employees and between the employees themselves
- Together with your colleagues Team Leaders and the Head of Contracts, you develop action plans in line with our vision and strategy, in order to achieve the objectives and improve the organization of the department.
- You position yourself as your team's contact person towards other teams and departments, sales and insurance intermediaries
- You report directly to the Head of the department.

**Jouw profiel**:

- You preferably have a Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent through experience.
- You have a strong knowledge of French and Dutch, and you have a good knowledge of English.
- You have about 3 years of experience as a manager or in a coaching position, preferably within an operational service.
- You communicate fluently, both orally and in writing, you ask questions, you listen and you make decisions that are supported by your team and colleagues.
- You are positive and constructive, you embrace changes.
- You are innovative and can think out of the box.
- You are people-oriented and you ensure cohesion within your team.
- You can plan and organize efficiently and are therefore stress-resistant and flexible.
- You master the MS Office package.
