To strengthen **our I2I Supply & Technology & Functions **team, based in Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of **Head of Manufacturing Finance Business Partners**.

**About the role**

As the Head of Manufacturing Finance Business Partners, you'll lead a global team overseeing internal and external manufacturing operations. Operating in a complex environment with ~50 strategic partners across ~70 external sites and 4 internal sites, you'll advise on Global Supply and Manufacturing Strategies. Collaborating with talent, you'll negotiate with Global DMSO* stakeholders for optimal resource allocation. The role demands an understanding of pharma and manufacturing business models, expertise in manufacturing controlling, and a broad understanding of related disciplines. You'll actively participate in decision-making bodies and represent DMSO Finance Operations. The role is based in Belgium and involves interaction across DMSO*, CD&F**, and beyond.

**What you’ll do**
- Translate DMSO*/CD&F** objectives into departmental objectives and ensure timely execution.
- Empower decision-making in a multidisciplinary matrix, providing strategic directions.
- Lead a global team, fostering competency development and career growth within the team.
- Develop and implement strategic financial plans supporting manufacturing growth.
- Oversee accurate financial reporting and analysis, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Provide insightful recommendations to senior management on key financial and operational decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business strategy.
- Represent DMSO* Finance in key decision-making bodies and governances.
- Lead ad hoc complex projects and support transversal business cases and due diligences.

**Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills**
- Master's Degree with 15 years' finance experience in manufacturing preferable within the Healthcare industry
- Adaptable, curious, and mentally agile in fast-changing environments.
- Strong analytical and communication skills for effective interaction.
- Leadership ability to influence senior management and drive change.
- Expertise in identifying new performance metrics and recommending solutions.
- Skilled in prioritization, navigating between operations, and strategic thinking; fluent in English.
