Mission Our client is looking for a freelance profile with a talent for analytics and for turning data into strategy. Are you a pro in A/B testing and can you spot SEO opportunities faster than you can swipe on Instagram? Yes, if you’re ready to make marketing history (or at least some really nice campaigns), let’s make it happen Key responsibilities of our ‘Growth Marketer’: - Digital strategy and marketing funnel ownership: Implement comprehensive strategies to drive leads through the funnel while optimizing conversion rates at every stage. Boost brand positioning, amplify customer engagement, and drive market expansion. Collaborate with both internal & external teams to create funnel-specific content that resonates with target audiences. - Campaign management - paid Media (including paid social, paid search, TikTok & LinkedIn): Execute paid media strategies across various channels, with a focus on social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and search engines. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Experience with GA4 (Google Analytics 4) and GTM (Google Tag Manager) for tracking implementation is needed. -Marketing Automation (Braze): Take ownership of marketing automation activities, specializing in the Braze platform. Experience with CRM systems like Hubspot, Odoo, or Klaviyo is a plus. Develop, implement, and optimize automated marketing flows to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. Implement different flows to avoid churn or to upsell to specific customers using predictive data models. Analyze and interpret data from Braze to drive targeted and personalized marketing strategies. Work alongside cross-functional teams to integrate marketing automation into our overall business processes. Stay informed about industry trends and updates in marketing automation, providing recommendations for continuous improvement. -Website Management - Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Oversee all aspects of website management, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience. Collaborate with the web development team to implement updates, improvements, and new features on the website. Conduct regular website audits to identify areas for improvement in content, navigation, and performance. Lead Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives to maximize website performance and achieve business goals. Conduct and interpret A/B tests to secure continuous website improvement. Gather insights, track key performance indicators, and make data-driven decisions for website enhancements. In-depth knowledge of GA4 (Google Analytics 4) is required here. Proficiently manage and implement tracking solutions using Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate data collection and reporting. - SEO Responsibilities: Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimize website content for search engines. Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content strategies. Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to improve website rankings. Monitor and report on SEO performance, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

You have a perfect knowledge of English, fluently in Dutch and/or French is a big plus. You have a proven track record in managing website content, functionality, and optimization for user experience. You have a solid expertise of CRO principles, practices, and related tools (Hotjar ) You have a solid understanding of SEO and related tools (Semrush, Ahrefs). You have in-depth knowledge of GA4 (Google Analytics 4) and Google Tag Manager. You are proficient in data analysis and using insights to drive informed marketing decisions. You have excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You have strong communication skills and can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
