**Role**:
The **Process Analyst/Owner** will play a key role in digitalization by gathering user needs, translating requirements into functional analyses, and ensuring the follow-up of proposed solutions.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- ** Needs Analysis**: Gather user requirements, analyze results while considering legal obligations, and propose simplifications.
- ** Documentation and Design**: Translate requirements into functional analyses, write user stories, and model processes using BPMN 2.0 or UML.
- ** Coordination and Monitoring**: Facilitate workshops with stakeholders, track progress, and organize demonstrations of results.
- ** Support and Training**: Prepare training sessions for end users and provide hypercare post-deployment.
**Required Skills**:
- ** Technical**: BPMN 2.0, UML, SQL, Python, Process Automation.
- ** Analytical**: Functional analysis, KPI development, gap analysis.
- ** Languages**: French or Dutch, professional English.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience as a process analyst or in designing digital solutions (CRM-type).
- Knowledge of the public sector or citizen-oriented solutions is a plus.
- Agile, Scrum, or Product Owner certifications are valued.
- Master's degree (Engineering or equivalent).
- Experience in digital transformation or project management.
- Proficiency in the tools and techniques listed under required skills.
