**Only eligible for students currently enrolled in university and can obtain an internship/traineeship agreement from their school.**
**Your Responsibilities**:
You track the performance of the Belgian market (assortment, promotions, merchandising); and you recommend adapted action plans.
- You will learn to adopt a “Category-First” approach, leveraging the different category growth strategies to strengthen the plans of the brands.
- You will execute analysis to optimize 4P strategies.
- You will assist KPI tracking (Promotions & Distribution) and come up with an actionplans based on your analysis.
- You will assist the sales team in successfully launching innovations.
- You will be leading the development of point of sales materials and artworks in line with the 4P strategy.
- You will be responsible for a business case to be presented at the end of your internship.
- You will be leading specific category & brand projects by the end of your internship.
**Your Asset to Succeed**:
- You show autonomy and organizational skills.
- You have a sensibility for FMCG processes.
- You are eager to learn and result-oriented.
- You have shown to be disciplined and like analyzing.
- You have good interpersonal skills and like to work in teams.
- You have eye for detail.
- You understand and speak English fluently.
- Ideally, you already have some experience in the field.
