You will join Fujitsu’s Digital Transformation Services (DXS) MicroEnterprise. The DXS offering covers Data Advisory, Data Analytics Services, Cloud - Azure Platform for Analytics Services, Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain. Together with the other Fujitsu MicroEnterprises we cover a full data ecosystem.
We are currently looking for a business consultant with focus on data transformation to continue the growth of our team. We need a digital and data hero to empathize with our customers. Together with the team and the customer you’ll develop a _roadmap-to-heaven_ and develop new data driven solutions that address the business challenges our customers are currently facing (e.g. statistical analysis, explanatory, predictive and prescriptive modeling.).
As a Consultant you will facilitate and lead workshops
- To create buy in, ownership and seek alignment with different stakeholders
- To translate the business strategy into different needs, scenarios and requirements
- to co-create the future state for the customer.
As a Consultant on a client mission, you are responsible for **business analysis activities** focusing on data and information:
- Plan, follow up and ensure the quality of delivered analysis
- Deliver business cases for strategic decision making
- Translate analytical requirements into acceptance criteria
- Determine best practices and develop actionable insights and recommendations for the business.
- Continuously liaise with the IT team to find the best possible solutions to capture the correct analytical business needs via statistical analysis, modeling and data mining
- Assess if the delivered solutions answer the business requirements
- Identify risks and recommends mitigation plans to safeguard the quality of the requirements and solution delivery
- Prepare communications and training material and train impacted people
As one of the more experienced team-members,
- You coach more junior and experienced data business analysts
- You build and share best practices
- You assure good project management.

**Skills/Experience**
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a similar role
- Extensive exposure to at least 1 of the following domains:
- Data Vision and Strategy (e.g. data use case definition, monetizing data),
- Data Governance (set-up of roles and responsibilities, stakeholder management, demonstrating business value of data...)
- Azure Data Platform Implementation
- Experience in Data Solutions Tools in Business Intelligence and Analytics (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Collibra,)

**Academic qualifications**
- Master’s degree;
- Certificate in Project Management (eg Prince2) and Lean Six Sigma is a plus
**Language proficiency**
- Fluent in Dutch, French and good knowledge of English
