We are strengthening our team in the "Human Resources" department at ZF Windpower in Lommel, Belgium.

**Your tasks as Payroll Specialist (M/F/d)**:

- Run Payroll inclusive closing for both blue & white collar workers and handling HR admin related activities
- Managing on daily level time & attendance (T&A)
- Handle employee and labor related questions
- Support monthly reporting and analytics to the ZF Group
- Support actively process improvement initiatives in the payroll department Play a vital role in renewing the team, where you will be capable to have your personal impact and can make a difference in creating a work environment, where a huge investment**Your profile as Payroll Specialist (M/F/d)**:

- Experienced Payroll officer (M/F/d) with several years of work experience in an international global environment
- Experience in E-blox, T&A tools (Protime), HRIS (SuccessFactors), Excell and other tools from external providers like insurance, mobility, medical services, agency temp offices,highly recommended
- Employment legislative knowledge (Joined Committee), CLA (National & sector agreements)
- Resilient, confidential, accurate & analytical as well as fast learning person, a real teamplayer and strong communicator with different stakeholders; employees, management, unions,
- Fluent in Dutch & English
