Wil jij werken voor een familiebedrijf in de zuivel met een stabiele werkomgeving?Wil jij werken bij een bedrijf met een fijne teamgeest en een aantrekkelijk loon?Voor onze klant in de regio van Sint-Lievens-Houtem, zijn wij op zoek naar een process operator om het team te versterken.Dit belgisch familiebedrijf is gespecialiceerd in het produceren van zuivel met grondstoffen van eigen bodem, die gemaakt zijn op boerderijen uit de streek.Als operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het correct uitvoeren van de productieplanning en het afleveren van conforme producten met een duidelijke en accurate houdbaarheidsdatum. Je stuurt het proces en stelt de machines voor verpakking in.Jouw takenpakket:

- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de juiste aanmaak van de recepten (chocomelk, Bambix groeimelken,)
- Je start het productieproces op: je bedient de sterilisatoren en andere sleutelmachines op de afdeling bewerkingen.
- Je bewaakt het proces door continu tussen de machines te lopen. Je houdt toezicht op de correcte werking van de machines en stuurt bij waar nodig.
- Je werkt nauw samen met de operatoren van de controlekamer, die het proces digitaal aansturen en bewaken.
- In geval van machinestoringen tracht je deze op te lossen of roep je de hulp in van de technieker.
- Je hebt een cruciale bijdrage in verband met de kwaliteit van het product.
- Je houdt je werkpost en je materiaal proper. Orde en netheid is uiterst belangrijk in deze functie.
- Je hebt oog voor continue verbeteringen.
- Veiligheid op de werkpost is prioritair.

**Wat wij van jou vragen**:

- Je hebt bij voorkeur een diploma hoger secundair onderwijs of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je bent graag fysiek bezig en je werkt van nature nauwkeurig: afwegen, doseren, controleren.

**Wat wij jou bieden**:

- Een vast contract na een geslaagde interimperiode.
- Je wil graag werken in een ploegensyteem (eerste week 6u-14u en 2de week 14u-22u.
- Een heel mooi loon van 17,36 € bruto per uur.
- Ploegenpremie van 5% per uur
- Daarbovenop maaltijdcheques van 7,5 €
