To strengthen its Manufacturing team, our client is looking for a driven Repair Specialist for Healthcare Displays. As a Repair Specialist, you will analyse and repair defects in our devices. Your technical knowledge enables you to identify the root cause of a problem and propose solutions. Thus, you become the lynchpin between our production and our Quality / Industrialisation / R&D engineers. You will work in a two-shift system.

Your responsibilities:

- You work out analyses independently & structurally look for the root cause of a problem
- Your focus is on electronics & software-related failures
- You carry out high-quality repairs on our displays
- You monitor the progress of the repairs so that deadlines are respected
- You formulate your analysis and work together with Quality / Industrialisation / R&D towards the implementation of a solution
- You are involved in the development of new devices, using your expertise to make recommendations to keep the risk of errors low & ensure smooth repairs
- You support fellow repairers by sharing technical knowledge, analysis, etc. and provide internal training
- You will help improve the repair process
