Pour nos bureaux situés à Bruxelles, nous sommes à la recherche d’un **Senior** **Project Manager **qui souhaite intégrer notre équipe

**Contexte du besoin**

Transurb Technirail cherche un/e chef/fe de projets pour ses activités basées à Bruxelles en Belgique. **Sens de la mission**

La/le Project Manager (PM) est la/le responsable d’un ou plusieurs projets. Il/elle est le garant des objectifs du projet dans ses composantes techniques, financières et de planning. Il/elle participe également à la rédaction des aspects techniques des offres que Transurb remet à ses clients.

Les projets menés par Transurb sont internationaux (Europe et hors-Europe) et nécessitent parfois des déplacements à l’étranger. Ils sont tous liés aux techniques ferroviaires et sont généralement liés à la signalisation et à l’ERTMS/ETCS (système européen de contrôle des trains) en particulier.

La/le Project Manager est amené aussi à collaborer à des projets dont il n’est pas le responsable, aidant ainsi d’autres Project Managers dans leurs projets respectifs.

**Rôles et responsabilités**
- Acquérir la connaissance de la structure du projet en vue d'appréhender l’interdépendance et le phasage de ses parties,
- Comprendre les besoins du client et la documentation (scope, budget, planning) du projet afin d’élaborer des solutions adaptées,
- Rédiger et réviser les documents divers (appel d’offre technique, cahier des charges, rapport d’analyse, planning ), selon la phase du projet, sur base des données d’entrée reçues, notamment la documentation technique disponible,
- Assurer la conformité technique vis-à-vis des besoins du client en respectant les règlementations applicables,
- Gérer les éventuels fournisseurs et sous-contractants du projet,
- Prendre en compte les désidératas additionnels et les remarques levées par le client en cours de projet,
- Organiser et gérer les réunions de projet (avec ou sans le client) afin de clarifier les éventuelles ambiguïtés dans la documentation, présenter les résultats obtenus, valider les solutions technologiques proposées et recueillir l’avis du client. Le but est de garantir la satisfaction du client,
- Respecter les échéances des délivrables convenues dans le projet,
- Lever les éventuelles anomalies rencontrées et proposer des contre-solutions,
- Collaborer avec l’équipe projet et veiller à la cohérence globale du projet,
- Contribuer à la documentation et au transfert du projet finalisé vers le client,
- Respecter la confidentialité entre projets différents.

- La direction sur les projets qu’il/elle gère en tant que Project Manager,
- Un/e Project Manager sur certains autres projets.
- Vous collaborez avec:

- Les autres Project Managers,
- Les Project Engineers.

**Profil recherché**
- Vous avez un Master en ingénierie civil ou industriel,
- Vous disposez d’une expérience professionnelle de minimum 10 ans dans une fonction similaire/connexe, dans le domaine ferroviaire,
- La maîtrise de la signalisation ferroviaire et des systèmes ETCS/ERTMS/interlocking fait partie de votre expertise,
- Vous maîtrisez le français et l’anglais parfaitement. La maîtrise du néerlandais est un réel atout,
- Vous maîtrisez la suite Office,
- Vous avez de solides capacités de synthèse et de rédaction,
- Vous êtes flexible et polyvalent afin de pouvoir mettre la main à la pâte dans les projets et intervenir dans les aspects techniques du projet,
- Organisé et rigoureux, vous déterminez les priorités et savez gérer les urgences et imprévus d’un projet,
- Vous êtes prêt à faire le « last mile » pour atteindre les objectifs projets et prendre des initiatives dans l’intérêt du client et du projet,
- Teamplayer, vous travaillez aisément en équipe.
