Meer dan 2000 professionals omarmen bij Smals elke dag de toekomst door zich in te zetten voor ICT for Society. Hoogtechnologische ICT-systemen zorgen voor meer efficiëntie in de belangrijke sociale verantwoordelijkheidsdomeinen van onze klanten zoals werk, gezin en gezondheid. Het eHealthplatform, een beveiligd uitwisselingsplatform voor medische informatie, zal papieren doktersbriefjes en doktersvoorschriften op termijn overbodig maken. Daarnaast zorgt de ICT-service Dimona er voor dat de RSZ de sociale bescherming van 4 miljoen werknemers snel kan laten evolueren, ongeacht hoe snel ze van job veranderen. Handig? Jazeker, en uitdagend ook.
**Functiebeschrijving**
In het kader van CMS-ontwikkelingsprojecten definieer je de behoeften en sta je in voor de conceptualisatie van deze behoeften in een functionele analyse.
Je fungeert als interface tussen de verschillende verantwoordelijken en de contactpersonen voor de ontwikkeling van CMS-toepassingen.
Je analyseert en modelleert de businessprocessen. Je coördineert bovendien het ontwikkelingsproces, zorgt voor een functionele testing van de applicatie en een kwaliteitscontrole.
Je volgt de implementatie en de levering op, biedt ondersteuning bij de opstelling van gebruikshandleidingen en eventueel bij de opleiding van gebruikers.
In nauwe samenwerking met de projectleider en de rest van het team werk je voornamelijk mee aan de volgende taken:
- projectbepaling en productontwerp;
- opvolging van de ontwikkelingen voor de verschillende bouwstenen van de service (API / backend / frontend);
- testing en organisatie van de testing van de toepassingen;
- organisatie en animatie van de projectvergaderingen volgens een Agile-methodologie (sprint meetings, reflexion meetings);
- deelname aan de verdeling van de projecten en de opvolging hiervan;
- ondersteuning van de Project Manager voor de opvolgingsrapporten en de organisatie van stuurgroepen.
**Profiel**
Je behaalde een masterdiploma en beschikt over een eerste ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
Je hebt een passie voor het web en de evoluties ervan.
Je beschikt over uitstekende sociale vaardigheden en je realiseert je projecten op een efficiënte en autonome manier. Je hebt verantwoordelijkheidszin, bent flexibel en neemt initiatief. Je zin voor analyse en synthese stelt je in staat kwalitatief werk te leveren terwijl het respecteren van de deadlines een prioriteit blijft.
Ten slotte druk je je vlot uit in het Nederlands en het Frans.
