For our Boutique in Brussels Woluwe shopping center we are looking for
Experienced Assistant Shop Manager
We are looking for someone with leadership experience in the fashion industry, who has more than an affinity with fashion and who is specifically motivated to work at Lacoste. With us, everything revolves around the ultimate Lacoste experience. Your first responsibility is to pass this on to your customers through hospitality, product knowledge and personal advice. You get energy from sales, you have a commercial attitude and you like to be in contact with your customers. You share the Lacoste DNA with your team and with the customer.

**Responsibilities**:
You are the shopmanger‘s right-hand and you are co-responsible for all operational aspects in and around the Boutique. Your most important tasks include:

- Together with the shop manager, you motivate, coach and inspire the team so that the objectives of the Boutique in terms of sales, presentation and customer focus are achieved
- You support the shop manager in the administration and planning of operations. For example in making schedules and managing the stock
- You think along and come up with ideas about a commercial and attractive image of the Boutique and monitor the shop format which is being used
- Together with the shop manager and the team, you ensure a pleasant shopping environment

We are looking for someone who
- has a number of years of management experience in the fashion industry, preferably in the higher segment
- is stress-resistant and flexible, working at the weekend is a must
- someone who can work with KPIs and who finds it challenging to work with targets
- has an eye for detail, your shop will always look fantastic
- who can communicate well and is a real team player
- Speaks fluent Dutch and French, any other languages are certainly an advantage.
- lives in Brussels or the surrounding area
