Over Fiera
Fiera staat in het Italiaans voor "de betere beurs" en verwijst naar onze magische
locatie: De feeërieke Schippersbeurs en Handelsbeurs in Antwerpen. Maar het
betekent ook fier. Wij, als team van Fiera, zijn fier dat we onze gasten mogen
ontvangen voor een unieke ervaring: we nemen hen elke dag mee op reis dankzij onze
eerlijke keuken met invloeden van over de hele wereld, een kosmopolitisch decor en

- We want to WOW our guests_ en niet alleen met het prachtige gebouw waarin Fiera
gevestigd is. Het eerste en laatste wat elke gast zou moeten zien is een grote,
warme hospitality smile.
Je straalt gastvrijheid met een grote 'H' uit en weet dit over te brengen op al je
collega's. Bovendien streef je er samen met het zaalteam naar om service te
verlenen zoals je die zelf zou willen ervaren, elke dag weer.
Wat doe je concreet bij Fiera?
- Van het bereiden van de mise en place tot het meedraaien tijdens de service;
jij bent een essentieel onderdeel van Fiera.
- Je ontvangt en bent het aanspreekpunt van onze klanten. Always with a smile
- Jij zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie tussen zaal en keuken. Je hebt een
goede kennis van de producten, of staat open om er alles over te leren.

- Je komt altijd op tijd, ziet werk en weet waar jouw verantwoordelijkheid

- Kennis en ervaring - Je hebt de nodige ervaring of zit boordevol goesting om
erin te vliegen en te groeien in de job.
- Hospitality - The Fiera crew is crazy about HOSPITALITY. Je hebt een
diepgewortelde passie voor horeca, vakmanschap en oog voor detail.
- Teamplayer - Je bent een echte teamplayer met uiteraard het nodige respect
voor je collega’s.

You radiate hospitality with a big 'H' and know how to convey this to all your
colleagues. Moreover, every day, with the venue team, you go for service as you
would want to experience it yourself.

- From preparing the mise en place to participating during service; you are an
essential part of Fiera.
- You receive and are the point of contact for our customers. Always with a
