We are looking for a **Business Solution Expert Warehouse Management** to join us in our organization based in Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium.

**About the role**:
As Business Solution Expert (BSE) Warehouse Management (WM), you are the global business expert of the solution (SAP WM) that will guarantee that:

- the solutions (the systems) support the various warehouses management processes in an efficient and effective manner
- that the business requirements are understood by the IT solution experts
- the business knowledge management (incl. training material management) and the continuous improvement of the solutions is managed and under control

In summary that the systems are efficient enablers of lean warehouse processes execution

**What you will do**:

- You will manage the SAP WM user community: knowledge management, best practices sharing, continuous improvement, business roadmap, communication
- You will provide second line support to local key user or end users: create change requests, build business case forms, work with SAP IT support and IT solution Expert to guarantee resolution of incident in due time and of quality
- You will play the BSE role in new system(s) implementation project touching or interfacing in a way or another with any warehouse management process:

- Validate business requirement specification and support design of the solution from a business perspective
- Validate functional specifications of the solutions
- Support User Acceptance Test
- Build training material or coordinate with local key user
- Act as a project leader for some warehouse management or digital transformation projects

**For this position you’ll need the following **education, experience** and **skills**:

- You have a proven experience with any ERP, preferably SAP
- You have experience in warehouse management or SC/Logistic role
- You can demonstrate experience in Project Management and Change Management
- You are experienced in Community Management

**Skills**:

- Business process management
- Supply chain and logistics management
- Lean management
- System minded: understand quickly how systems functionalities can support business requirements
- SAP WM skills or any WM ERP
- Other SAP modules
- Business Intelligence tools (eg : Power BI, QlikSense, Tableau,)

- English / French
