**Responsibilities**

You’ll be responsible for:

- Leading and executing diverse digital campaigns for Capgemini/Sogeti in the Belux region, in collaboration with the marketing leads of each brand.
- Coordinating partner marketing events, working closely with notable partners such as Salesforce, Microsoft, SAP, and others.
- Overseeing website updates for Capgemini, assisting in the launch of the new Sogeti website, and offering expert advice on SEO strategies.
- Collaborating with our Social Media Manager to adapt our social media plan for the local market.
- Taking full ownership of different projects geared towards enhancing employer branding.
- Collaborate with marketing leads and the Content Manager to develop a comprehensive content marketing plan focused on generating thought leadership articles and success stories.
- Providing training and guidance to our local teams on LinkedIn best practices.
- Offering flexible and on-demand event support with our event partner and internal teams.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- A minimum of **7+ years of digital marketing experience **, preferably within an **international organization **, demonstrating a strong grasp of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including but not limited to social, content, campaigning, and many others.
- **Strong leadership, people management, and influencing skills **, which are essential for leading and inspiring teams.
- **An exceptional "can-do" mentality **, coupled with the ability to make agile decisions and take prompt actions.
- The capability to **excel in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to evolving situations and demands **.
- Proficiency in **stakeholder and communication management **, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with various teams and partners.
- A **proactive, assertive, and well-organized approach **to tasks and projects, enabling efficient project management.
- Hands-on experience in **technical marketing or analytics tools**
(i.e. GTM/GA4) is a nice plus.
- **Exceptional English language skills **, both in written and spoken communication, as you'll be working in an international context.
- A Master's or bachelor’s degree in marketing **, Communications, or Business **, providing a solid foundation in marketing principles.
- Commitment to staying **updated with the latest marketing trends **.
