JOB SUMMARY

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Develops communication tools and content relating to program policies, deadlines, events, and announcements- Plans events for the program community.- Provides clerical support to the Dean and Associate Dean on an as needed basis.

OTHER DUTIES AND ASSIGNMENTS- Performs other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education Bachelor’s degree required.

Experience 1 to 3 years of program coordination experience; working in Higher Ed a plus.

Licenses or Certifications None.

Financial Responsibility Makes financial decisions within University or accepted accounting guidelines, including review of financial reports, purchasing decisions, contract review/negotiation, etc.

Supervision No.

Special Knowledge Event planning and logistics; transcript evaluation; academic program knowledge; career development training.
