**Dans le cadre du développement de son département projet, Telservice **est à la recherche d’un(e) Technical Project Manager, un chef d’orchestre autonome à haute responsabilité.

En tant que **Technical Project Manager**, vous serez la **référence technique** pour nos équipes sur le terrain et vous garantirez la satisfaction de nos clients.

Les responsabilités qui vous sont confiées sont les suivantes:

- Vous collaborez avec l’Account Manager au **développement des offres** en effectuant des visites et des mesures sur site.
- Vous établissez les **devis chiffrés** en tenant compte du cahier des charges du client ainsi que des **contraintes et risques identifiés**. Vous y intégrez les moyens nécessaires (ressources humaines, temps et matériel) à la mise en œuvre des projets
- Vous fournissez également un **soutien et des conseils aux équipes sur site**.
- Vous êtes **responsable de la gestion de projets techniques** à savoir la préparation du dossier de chantier, la planification des ressources, la participation aux réunions techniques internes d’organisation, le lancement et suivi des travaux ainsi que le suivi et respect du scope, du budget, du planning et du calendrier. Au cours du projet, vous apportez les corrections nécessaires et trouvez des solutions aux problèmes.
- Vous organisez et dirigez les **réunions de chantier** avec le client. Vous avez la responsabilité de gérer les risques et les demandes de changement du client pendant l'exécution du projet.

Profil
- Vous êtes doté d'un **CESS ou bachelier en électricité, électronique, réseaux informatiques ou sécurité électronique**.
- Vous avez au minimum **3 années d’expérience en tant que gestionnaire de projet **dans un de nos **domaines d’activité**.
- Une bonne **connaissance et maitrise des normes de câblage Data, fibre optique, matériel de sécurité́ et électricité́** est un plus. Vous avez idéalement travaillé avec la norme ISO 9001.
- Vous êtes familier avec les programmes informatiquestel que** MS Office et Viso /Autocad. **Des connaissances en MS Project et un outil de CRM ou ERP sont un plus.
- En tant que leader, vous faites preuve **de résistance au stress** et **d'assertivité** dans votre travail. Vous travaillez toujours d’une manière organisée, structurée et rigoureuse.
- Vous disposez de bonnes **capacités de communication** orales et écrites.
- Vous êtes orienté(e) vers le client et avez de bonnes **qualités interpersonnelles**. Vous faites preuve de flexibilité et de disponibilité.
- Vous êtes bilingue **néerlandais-français** avez une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais.
