**About the role**:
We are looking for a Field Trainer to join our Aveda team in the Netherlands.

As a Field Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in training our own staff and hairdressers, ensuring they are well-versed in key product categories and hero products. Your primary goal will be to instill a strong Brand DNA, driving impeccable brand execution at the hairdressers.

**As a Field Trainer you will;**:

- Develop and implement online education programs tailored for hairdressers
- Creating and executing in-real-life coaching sessions for our staff and partner salons.
- Develop and implement programs for branded content for Social Media such as how-to videos and/or live streaming.

**What does this mean exactly ?**:
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the EMEA brand education team, adapting international programs to suit local needs and relevancy. You will execute customized programs, both digitally and in-person, that are unique to each salon and affiliate. Building strong relationships with our hair clients will be essential to your success. Together with the team, you will create an education calendar to ensure consistent and aligned training for all staff. Additionally, you will monitor sales performance and identify training needs within the sales team.

**Qualifications**

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Experience in the hair industry
- Excellent level of Dutch and English, French is a plus
- Strong coaching, teaching and development skills
- Strong presentation skills (in real life and on camera) : ability to deliver clear, concise and compelling messages
- Senses other’s development needs and bolsters their abilities
- Forges alliances and collaborative relationships internally and externally
- Smoothly handles multiple demands, shifting priorities, and rapid change
- Encourages candid feedback, new perspectives, continuous learning, and self-development
- Ability to work within a fast-paced matrix team environment
- Expert in Social Media
